Create a personal access token at api.planningcenteronline.com/oauth/applications, then set PCO_APP_ID and PCO_SECRET on the server and restart.
Importing creates one plan per service time (e.g. 8:00, 9:00, 10:45). Importing the same Sunday again replaces those plans; a service that's running keeps going. You can edit them afterwards.
